Derik Baker, also known as Virginia To Vegas, has a lot to be excited about. Early in his music career, he’s signed to Wax Records, released his debut single “We Are Stars” and toured with Hedley.
“We Are Stars,” featuring fellow
Canadian artist and label mate Alyssa Reid, has become a hit on radio
stations across the country. Now, Virginia To Vegas is excited for
what’s to come.
He remembers the moment he first
heard his song on the radio. “I was driving home on New Year’s Day and I
honestly broke down in tears,” he says. “It was the coolest moment in
my life, since it was something I’ve wanted for so long.”
